Hardy Panel

Here's a photo of a house with some of the exterior finishing work I've done recently.

The product used here is called hardy panel, with smart trim on top. The hardy panel is a concrete paneling product which has a stucco look. This product is very long lasting, won't shrink or expand, won't crack, and gives a nice 'estate' look to a house.

I also cut and installed the decorative brackets for this entire home.

"Suite" Style Garage and Deck

I am just wrapping up a garage and deck development for a client.

For this project, I framed, ran all electrical and wiring, insulated, drywalled, installed windows and doors, and roofed the garage. The need was for a garage 'with suite', to be used as a studio and workspace.

I designed the garage, interior layout and exterior, working closely with my client throughout.

I have also designed, and begun to build a wrap-around deck, that considered and worked with the existing landscaping in the yard.

Final steps include installation of siding, awning, flashing and gutterwork.

The end product will be an affordable, efficient building that suits the property's unique heritage home.
