I am just wrapping up a garage and deck development for a client.For this project, I framed, ran all electrical and wiring, insulated, drywalled, installed windows and doors, and roofed the garage. The need was for a garage 'with suite', to be used as a studio and workspace.
I designed the garage, interior layout and exterior, working closely with my client throughout.
I have also designed, and begun to build a wrap-around deck, that considered and worked with the existing landscaping in the yard.
Final steps include installation of siding, awning, flashing and gutterwork. The end product will be an affordable, efficient building that suits the property's unique heritage home.
