One of my clients had a significant amount of water damage (and mould) in their basement ceiling due to a leaky sink on the main floor. They have removed the sink and stopped the water leak, but needed to have the ceiling replaced and repaired.
I am happy to remove the old ceiling, and install and finish a new ceiling. While I have done a lot of mould removal for other clients, there is not any mould underneath this ceiling, so it is only a removal and new drywall/finishing job.
